Position:         Inventory Clerk
 
Reports to:     Executive Chef, F&B Manager                       Employment: Seasonal Full Time
 
Job Description:        
 
Responsible for the receiving and storage of all food and beverage inventory, weekly, bi-weekly and monthly inventory of stock levels, inventory data entry, maintaining the organization and sanitation of all storage areas. 
 
 
Position Requirements/Skills:         
 

  • Inventory & receiving skills
  • Computer skills - Excel, Word, and Outlook
  • Sanitation
  • Good Customer Service Skills
  • Team work skills
  • Driving All-terrain Forklift
 
Duties and Responsibilities:
 
  • Inventory of dry, fresh and frozen goods
  • Weekly ordering
  • Receiving orders, rotating stock
  • Updating costing information in inventory spreadsheet
  • Costing menu items
  • Changing out garbage & recycling bins
 
Physical Demands:
 
  • Lifting up to 88lbs/40kg
  • Reaching
  • Sitting

 
Location:  Big White Ski Resort
 
Duration: Mid November to mid April
