Job Description:         
This person will be responsible for servicing the needs and requests of the property owners at Big White.  Handling all types of issues with owners’ personal reservations, managing their accounts with Central Reservations and resolving any concerns or complaints they may have.  This person will also handle requests and orders for all TELUS services we offer.  Communicating and liaising with other departments within our company, including but not limited to Housekeeping, Maintenance, Reservations, plays a big part of this job.

Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Inspecting existing rental units to determine maintenance requirements
  • Inspecting prospective rental units to determine suitability
  • Registering new owners and units
  • Coordinate summer maintenance and purchasing with owners
  • Creating and distributing quarterly newsletters
  • Promptly returning email and voice message queries
  • Maintaining accurate records of marketing descriptions, telephone numbers, key or code details, start-up cleaning, carpet cleaning, inventory quotes, inspections and maintenance lists
  • Post charges, process and distribute revenue statements with owners
  • Communicate changes to unit details with the reservations office
  • Processing and coordinating TELUS service orders with the TELUS team
Physical Demands:
  • Must be able to walk through snow/ice to get from building to building
  • Must be able to climb stairs
  • Must be able to sit at a desk and type on a keyboard for long periods of time
Location:  Big White Ski Resort

The successful candidates must be willing to work within a fast and varied environment, be able to prioritize job duties and be ready to exceed client expectations.  The successful candidate should be able to demonstrate the following qualifications: fast, friendly and efficient customer service; excellent communication skills, both verbal and written; strong attention to detail; computer experience and the ability to work within a team environment.  Also, the successful candidate must be able to work with minimal supervision and to interact with several different departments.  A valid driver’s license is required for this position.  Previous resort or call centre experience will be considered an asset for this position.
