Description
The Information Technology Assistant at Big White Ski Resort will report to the IT Manager and help administer;
- Business systems management and administration, including system change and configuration requests and report requirements.
- All network communications around the resort including all wireless, fibre optic and copper based connections as well as maintaining WAN communication through VPNs and similar technologies.
- Monitoring and maintenance of all pcs/servers located at Big White Ski Resort.
- Assist staff with hardware/software related issues
