DescriptionBig White Ski Resort, near Kelowna BC, is seeking qualified candidates for the position of Employee Experience Coordinator. Reporting to the General Manager, this person will be responsible for all aspects of human resources management for our dynamic company. Responsibilities will include:
- Recruitment and training of 750 seasonal employees
- HR policy development & management
- Employee guidance and advice
- Coordination of employee celebration events
- Administration of a 200-bed employee housing program
Applicants should possess HR administration skills and experience. A background in the hospitality industry would be beneficial. Ideal candidates will have formal HR training and/or professional certification.
This is a full-time career located at Big White Ski Resort. The position offers a busy workload during the winter season and a reduced work-schedule during the sunny Okanagan summers. Big White offers a competitive salary & benefits package with an exceptional lifestyle opportunity.
