Big White Ski Resort is looking for energetic and enthusiastic individuals to join our food and beverage team as a Sous Chef. 
Required Qualifications:
A minimum 4 years of cooking experience in a busy kitchen are required.  A Red Seal Certificate and BC Food Safe Level 1 (or equivalent) is also required. Applicants must be in good physical condition as standing for long periods of time are required on a daily basis. As with all our employees you contribute to our guest enjoyment and ensure they have the best possible resort experience.
