Description
Activity Desk Agents are responsible for reporting the daily snow reports by way of emailing local media, updating numerous websites, the snowphone and more.
The successful candidates will spend the majority of time serving our guests on the Activities Desk answering questions, booking activities and offering general and personalized assistance for our guests.
Other duties include surveys, data entry and assistance with all Guest Services and customer issues. Applicants must have extensive computer skills, exceptional people skills and experience in customer service.
